Starting his journey with us as an apprentice carpenter, Will has steadily developed his skills, knowledge, and confidence, becoming an integral part of our workforce. His dedication to learning and his commitment to high standards of craftsmanship have been evident throughout his career progression.
Most recently, Will has completed his SSSTS (Site Supervisors’ Safety Training Scheme) certification. This nationally recognised qualification is an important step forward in his professional development. It equips him with the skills required to take on greater responsibility, ensuring that health, safety, and site management standards are maintained across our projects. With this training, Will is now prepared to support the supervision of our sites, contributing to both the efficiency of operations and the well-being of colleagues and clients alike.
