We are typically looking for sites with development potential for up to 20 homes on previously developed land, including redundant commercial premises or former agricultural holdings, or greenfield sites.
We are happy to appraise any opportunity and can be flexible on landowner agreements which will always respond to the specific requirements of each landowner we partner with.
