Calvin, a highly skilled carpenter by trade, has been working with the company in a subcontracting capacity for the past six months. During this time, he has demonstrated not only excellent technical ability but also a strong commitment to teamwork, safety, and high-quality standards on site. His appointment reflects both his professional achievements and the trust we place in his capability to take on a leadership role within our growing team.
As Site Agent, Calvin will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations on site, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, safely, and to the high standards expected by our clients. His hands-on experience as a tradesman provides him with a valuable perspective, allowing him to bridge the gap between management and the workforce, fostering collaboration and problem-solving on every project.
