With planning secured, we took down the original building and began afresh. Our focus was to create a building that offered each apartment comfortable space as well as abundant natural light. We were careful not to impede too far into the plot to preserve the existing gardens. 

The attractive, completed building houses 12 apartments across three floors with a mixture of 2 and 3-bedroom flats, each with a parking space at the front of the building.

The 0.6-acre plot came with mature gardens, featuring large trees and a pond. We put extra consideration into protecting the communal garden space to preserve the beautiful natural setting for the new occupants. 

We also installed a shed for each flat and a covered and secure space for bicycle storage.
