A comprehensive refurbishment programme was undertaken at Sturmy House, combining structural repairs with considered internal reconfiguration and the replacement of defective or poorly installed elements across the property.
The works improved overall building performance through upgraded services, enhanced thermal efficiency and carefully specified finishes, resulting in a six-bedroom residence suitable for both short and long-term occupation.
