About the development
Following the company’s relocation to Kennet House on Northgate Street, we redeveloped our former premises delivering contemporary Passivhaus standard new housing
The former joinery and car park site has been comprehensively redeveloped to deliver 9 new homes combining intelligent design, high levels of insulation and air tightness to deliver houses with ultra-low energy demands. In addition, we converted our old office into a contemporary town house, all within a short walk to the market place here in the centre of Devizes.
