About the development

A comprehensive refurbishment programme was undertaken at Sturmy House, combining structural repairs with considered internal reconfiguration and the replacement of defective or poorly installed elements across the property.

The works improved overall building performance through upgraded services, enhanced thermal efficiency and carefully specified finishes, resulting in a six-bedroom residence suitable for both short and long-term occupation. The Coach House, Stables and Garages were similarly refurbished, with revised layouts and renewal of key elements of the building fabric.

Ongoing compliance review, design refinement and detailed coordination ensured a consistent and high-quality outcome across the estate.
