Redeveloping a brownfield site
About the development
We developed the former Lucent technology Works site, set within a mature woodland landscape, into a collection of stylish homes.
A development of 10 houses on the car park of the former Lucent Technology Works employment site approximately one mile south-east of Malmesbury. We acquired the site before making minor design amendments to the planning consent and building out the site.
