After purchasing this site, we created a development of 4 new houses and bungalows, with fine views over the surrounding villages.

The high-quality design and construction has delivered a variety of house types, making best use of previously underutilised land close to the town centre.

Following the company’s relocation to Kennet House on Northgate Street, we redeveloped our former premises. 

A comprehensive redevelopment of this town centre site included the conversion of our former stores building, originally a brewery, into 10 stylish apartments, alongside the restoration of our offices into a large town house. This scheme also involved the demolition of an old timber shed to make way for 4 new build mews houses. 

This development was extremely challenging, both due to the constrained nature of this town centre site location and the need to work sensitively with the original buildings. After nearly two years of challenging work, the site is now a fine example of a historically sensitive town centre development repurposing brownfield land, creating high quality new homes.

We brought life back to this disused military building in Devizes through the conversion of a late 18th Century military building, previously in a bad state of disrepair, into thirteen contemporary apartments. The development also included the addition of a contemporary penthouse on the roof.
