This information will be available online up until Friday 22nd July 2022

Townsend Farm ceased operating as a dairy farm in 2021 and Gaiger Brothers have been reviewing redevelopment options with Adrian White as the landowner. Following initial engagement with immediate neighbours to the site and Poulshot Parish Council during the early part of 2022, Gaiger Brothers are now in the early stages of preparing a planning application for a residential redevelopment proposal of approximately 15 new homes at the site.

A number of site assessments have been undertaken and before undertaking detailed design work, we would like to share the findings of our initial engagement and site assessment work with you, alongside our early thoughts on the broad principles of the redevelopment opportunity, and to listen to your views and feedback.

To find out more and to offer your feedback, please join us at Poulshot Village Hall on Thursday 7th July 16.30 to 20.30 where we will provide illustrative material for your review and members of our team will be available to discuss the proposals with you.

If you are unable to attend, we will provide a copy of the consultation information and illustrative material on this website and there will be the opportunity for you to submit any feedback up until Friday 22nd July 2022. Please note the material will not be available online until Friday 8th July.
