Townsend Farm ceased operating as a dairy farm in 2021 and Gaiger Brothers have been reviewing redevelopment options with Adrian White as the landowner. Following initial engagement with the local community in 2022, Gaiger Brothers are continuing to work up a residential redevelopment proposal for 14 new homes at the site.
We have prepared a May 2023 update on activities undertake in the period following the July 2022 public consultation event to share with the local community and before undertaking detailed design work.
