Gaigers are pleased to confirm that the Wiltshire Council Eastern Area Planning Committee resolved to grant planning permission at their August committee meeting for our proposal for 14 new homes at Townsend Farm Yard in Poulshot.
This followed an officer report recommending planning permission be granted in response to our planning application submitted in February 2024.
Land Development and Planning Manager, Nick Church said:
‘We consulted extensively with the local community to fully understand their concerns and preferences, enabling us to design a scheme that positively responded to the identified issues.’
Director, James Gaiger said:
‘We welcomed the positive engagement with the local community and are pleased to have come up with a proposal that will deliver these new homes with a balanced package of local highways, drainage and landscape improvements. We look forward to bringing this site forward with construction anticipated to start in 2025.’
